Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope you are enjoying the holiday with loved ones and get a chance to take a little time to rest and reflect upon the season. The My Favorite Things Design Team members are sharing Christmas cards today, to help ring in the holiday. You can find a list (and see some sneak peeks!) of all the DT members who have a card to share today, over at the MFT Blog.
Here's a little more about my card:
I started with the Polaroid Cover-up Die-namics and cut it from Whip Cream cardstock. It was mounted over a gold metallic card base, using Copic Foam Tape. The front was stamped with a greeting from Holiday Subway Art -- This is a fantastic stamp set which contains a ton of great sentiments for the holiday season! It was stamped with Versmark and heat embossed with gold detail powder.
Next, I added a Wild Greenery leaf die cut from gold metallic cardstock and added some circle punched Wild Cherry berries for a touch of color. Finally, the star of the show is the Pierced Star STAX Die-namics, die cut from Whip Cream cardstock and given some dimension by scoring it and popping it up on Copic Foam Tape.
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your holiday!
